«What does rollover mean here?» · «This paragraph contradicts itself» — this handbook. These need the text, not the account.
«Is this permissible for me?» — a qualified scholar. No product setting answers it, and no support desk is asked to.

One further test catches the rest: who can see the thing the question names? Nobody here can see an account, a balance or a verification status.
