CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Excess volatility increases risk further. Be cautious. Past performance is not an indication of future results.

GETTING STARTED

Exness sign up: what it creates, and what it leaves open (Pakistan)

Registration is often treated as the moment everything is decided. It is not. It creates one thing, commits you to nothing, and leaves the choices that actually matter still open.

Signing up needs an email address and a password. What it creates is the Personal Area — a portal with no money in it and no trading account inside it yet. Everything else, including which account type you use and whether it carries swap-free status, is chosen after this point and can be revisited.

What registration does not do

  • It does not take money. No amount is sent by signing up, and none is required to keep the portal.
  • It does not create a trading account. Accounts are created inside the portal afterwards, one at a time, each with its own type and its own settings.
  • It does not ask for documents. The identity check belongs to a real-money account. A practice account needs none.
  • It does not decide anything about swap. The swap-free option is offered on qualifying account types and can be requested at account opening or set later in the Personal Area.

Three moves, and what each costs

  1. Create the portal — costs nothing

An email address and a password, then a confirmation message with a link inside it. If it does not appear, check the spam folder.

  2. Add a practice account — still costs nothing

Virtual money, no documents, no time limit. This is where a position can be carried through a turn of the trading day to see what the record shows afterwards. Demo results don’t guarantee real-account results.

  3. Add a real account — costs a decision

Here an account type is chosen, an identity check with a government-issued ID and a proof of address follows, and only afterwards does any amount move. Verification is usually approved within about 24 hours.

Two of the three moves are free and reversible. The third is where the choices with consequences live — which is a good reason not to hurry through the first two.

Common questions at registration

Does signing up commit me to anything?

No. The portal can sit unused, with no account inside it and no money in it.

Must swap-free be requested at this point?

No. It belongs to a trading account, which does not exist yet, and it can be set later in the Personal Area.

Do I need documents to sign up?

Not for the portal and not for a practice account. Documents are requested for a real-money account.

Does the practice account expire?

No — there is no time limit, which is what makes a multi-night rehearsal possible.

Can more than one account live in the portal?

Yes, and each one carries its own type and its own settings. Nothing about one account is evidence about another.

The first two moves cost nothing at all

A portal and a practice account, an email and a password, virtual money and no time limit — enough to see how a position behaves overnight before anything is decided.
