Exness login, and the one screen that settles swap-free status (Pakistan)

Signing in takes under a minute. The reason to do it, for anyone in the swap-free segment, is that the Personal Area is the only place the status can actually be read.

Sign in on the official exness.com website or in the Exness Trade app with the email and password chosen at registration. Inside is the Personal Area — the client portal that lists your accounts, the type each one sits on, and whether it carries swap-free status. A missing swap column in a trading platform proves nothing; this screen does.

Signing in on the website

  1. Type exness.com yourself

    Open the browser and type the address by hand. Do not follow sign-in links from emails, chats or messages.

  2. Read the address bar before typing anything

    A copied page can imitate the design but not the address. If it differs at all, close it.

  3. Enter the email and password from registration

    Watch for typos and check that Caps Lock is off. The trading-platform password is a separate one.

  4. Open the account list

    Each account shows its type and its settings. This is where the swap-free status is confirmed rather than guessed at.

The same login on a phone

The Exness Trade app uses the same email and password as the website — one login for the Personal Area, the app, and the platforms opened from it. What differs between windows is the display, never the account.

Forgotten password

On the official sign-in page press «Forgot password?». A restore link is sent to the registered email; follow it and set a new one. Never share it with anyone, including someone claiming to be support.

What to check once inside

  • Which account you are looking at. Accounts are separate, and a status on one says nothing about another.
  • The account type. Swap-free is offered on qualifying types; the type explains why the option is or is not there.
  • The status itself. Read it against the account rather than inferring it from an empty column in MetaTrader or the app.
  • The base currency. Fixed when the account was created, and unrelated to the status — useful to know before reading any figure.

  • Read the address bar every time. Not once — every time.

The trading platform shows no swap column — does that confirm the status?

No. Columns can be hidden, and a trade that never crossed a rollover has no line to show.
